A graduate of the Culinary Institute of Canada and a Red Seal certified Chef, ABCC is thrilled to introduce Mitchell Williams as our new Chef/Food & Beverage Manager.
Originally from Liverpool, Chef Mitchell owned and operated Alimento Catering for many years. He relocated to Alberta, where he worked in the resorts of Waterton Lakes National Park, was Executive Chef of the University of Lethbridge, and a Culinary Instructor for Lethbridge College.
Chef Mitchell returns home to Nova Scotia with an extensive knowledge of food, beverage, and service styles. Chef Mitchell believes that great dishes always begin with great ingredients, so his new menus feature local producers with an emphasis on fresh.
